Legal Assistant

Destiny joined The Rodd Firm in October 2024, bringing years of legal experience – including seven years in personal injury and five years in criminal law – to the firm. She works closely with clients, healthcare providers, attorneys, and insurance companies to help resolve cases before they go to court. Her work includes gathering crucial evidence and ensuring clients receive the best possible outcome.

What Destiny loves most about her job? The rewarding feeling of helping clients see the light at the end of the tunnel. She also enjoys getting to know each and every person she works with, making meaningful connections along the way.

Outside of work, Destiny loves spending time with her husband, David, and their three kids, Maverick, Caroline, and Jax. If given the choice, their weekends would always be spent at the beach or anywhere with water and sunshine. A true sports fan, Destiny is often found cheering on Maverick during baseball and soccer season—or rooting for her favorite NFL team, the Indianapolis Colts.
