These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.roddfirm.com (the “Site”), and your phone, text message (SMS/MMS), and fax communications with The Rodd Firm (“The Rodd Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, calling, texting, or sending a fax to The Rodd Firm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or communicate with us through these channels.
1. Attorney Advertising
ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. This Site and the information on it are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Prior results described on the Site, if any, do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter, as every case depends on its own facts and circumstances. The Rodd Firm is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Any attorney identified on the Site who is not licensed in a particular jurisdiction where you are located will associate with, or refer your matter to, counsel licensed in that jurisdiction as appropriate.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of the Site, and any communication with The Rodd Firm by phone, text message, fax, email, or through a contact or intake form, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and The Rodd Firm. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when The Rodd Firm has agreed in writing (such as through a signed engagement letter) to represent you in a specific matter. Until that happens, please do not send us any confidential or sensitive information that you expect us to protect, and do not rely on any information on the Site, or any response from us, as legal advice regarding your specific situation.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to seeking information about The Rodd Firm and its services. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ information;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site using automated means without our consent; or

If you send or receive faxes with The Rodd Firm, you acknowledge that fax transmissions are not a fully secure method of communication and that documents sent to an incorrect fax number may be received by an unintended recipient. Please confirm you are using our correct fax number, 229.516.1420, before sending confidential documents.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RODD FIRM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR PHONE, TEXT, OR FAX COMMUNICATIONS WITH US, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
